Completing this task will finally reveal a switch pulling it will lock the player towards Ending C. But this time, the player must kill all of his heroines (except Leaf who just says no) and the "Alice" in the library. Once the entire library is filled, the door towards the back room will be unlocked, which contains even more bookshelves. She tasks the player to fulfill her dream by filling all bookshelves of famous fables and fairy tales, which means that you must kill the "Four Princesses" (the major bosses of the game) and Cinderella (the final boss), and then search every corner of the overworld for the remaining books - which is no easy task as some books require complicated steps the most infamous example being the "Tortoise and Hare". Upon entering the library, Alice reveals herself to be a robotic clone of the real Alice, who died in the game's intro.
To access the library, the player must talk to the Bandersnatch guarding the door and MUST NOT answer his question.
Alice reappears inside "Alice's Library" in Wonderland, a late-game zone located in the bottom right corner of the overworld.
